AEG MH02 Limited

MH02 Ltd is an Irish company incorporated in March 2022 as a holding company of 11 solar developmental projects (Italian portfolio). The Company owns a project portfolio which has been developed over the course of the last three years by the management team. The projects are in different stages of development with one (18 MW) ready-to-build (“RTB”) and ten (totaling 199 MW) at mid-stage development. There are immediate opportunities to expand including an Italian cluster opportunity utilising the permitted grid on a further 20MW project to unlock a full 75 MW (included in the 199MW development projects).
