Stephen Tully is Chief Financial Officer of Business Venture Partners (BVP), the Dublin-based venture investor and manager of EIIS tax-efficient investment funds. He is a finance professional with 14 years of experience in the asset management and venture capital sectors, and leads finance for BVP’s funds, including the BVP 2026 EII Fund.
Qualifications and experience
Stephen is an ACCA qualified accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway (now University of Galway), which provides him with a background in finance and business management.
He has expertise in financial strategy and operations, focusing on establishing effective systems and controls that improve organisational efficiency and contribute to sustainable growth. His focus on sustainable finance aligns with the firm’s commitment to ESG investing.
